Celebrating the Horizon Award for Diversity and Inclusion

That’s why we’re thrilled to highlight the incredible work of our HR Manager, Jennifer Leach-Tippetts, who has been recognized with the Horizon Award for Diversity and Inclusion by CISHRP.

The Horizon Award for Diversity and Inclusion honours individuals or teams who have made meaningful contributions to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within their workplace.

When Jennifer joined Massive in August 2022, she embraced our vision of fostering a partnership with Inclusion Cayman. With unwavering dedication, Jennifer turned this vision into reality, spearheading efforts to create opportunities for individuals with unique talents and perspectives.

Her journey began with meeting Inclusion Cayman, conducting interviews, and personally overseeing the hiring process. These efforts culminated in the recruitment of Jomani Lee in September 2023. A vibrant and motivated young man from the Inclusion Cayman Programme, Jomani has quickly become a cherished member of our team. Over the past year, his confidence has flourished as he’s built meaningful relationships with management, supervisors, and peers.

Earlier this year, Jomani’s inspiring story took center stage at the Inclusion Cayman breakfast, where he shared his experiences at Massive. Jennifer stood proudly by his side, demonstrating her steadfast commitment to supporting his growth. She was also invited to speak, emphasizing the significance of inclusivity in the workplace.

Jennifer’s leadership extends beyond her work with Inclusion Cayman. In every hiring decision, she strives to build a diverse team that reflects Massive’s core values and mission. Her efforts remind us that inclusivity isn’t just an ideal—it’s a practice that transforms lives and strengthens communities.
